At Kazzi Kovers®, we're committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Your satisfaction is our top priority. By processing your payment and completing your order with Kazzi Kovers, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

PLACING YOUR ORDER
Orders can be placed online via our website.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays).
Phone orders are also welcome. Please call +61 (0)7 3172 8445 if you require assistance placing your order.
Where applicable, any savings or discounts are calculated and applied in Australian Dollars (AUD) on the relevant product page.
SHIPPING | DELIVERY
Shipping costs apply and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Once full payment has been received and cleared, orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note we do not dispatch orders on weekends or Queensland public holidays.
We ship Australia-wide and internationally through Australia Post and trusted international delivery partners. We can deliver to residential, commercial, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and Parcel Collect addresses.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Kazzi Kovers is not responsible for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If redelivery is required due to incorrect address information, any associated costs will be the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
Redirecting Your Parcel
If you wish to redirect your parcel after dispatch, you can do so via the Australia Post App, subject to Australia Post’s terms and availability. Please note that once a delivery redirection has been processed, further changes may not be possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details, allowing you to monitor delivery progress directly with the courier.
Transit Responsibility
While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives safely, Kazzi Kovers is not liable for items that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed in transit once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If an issue arises, we recommend lodging an enquiry directly with Australia Post via their website or mobile app.
Bulk Orders
Large or bulk orders may be shipped in multiple parcels to ensure your purchase arrives safely. Where applicable, each parcel or box will be clearly labelled (e.g. 1/2 and 2/2) if your order is dispatched in two or more separate packages.

Please allow 1–4 business days for delivery.
Regional Areas
Please allow 3–8 business days for delivery.
Country & Rural Areas
For South Australia, Western Australia, and other country and rural areas, please allow 5–11 business days for delivery.
Peak Periods & Holiday Delivery
Please note that the above delivery times may vary depending on the time of year, including public holidays and festivals, particularly around Easter and Christmas, as well as during severe weather conditions. Please allow an additional 1–5 business days during these busy times for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS | USA Customers
To our customers in the United States of America (USA).
Due to tariffs currently applied to imports from Australia, applicable tariff charges are not collected at checkout.
Once your order has been placed, a member of our team will personally contact you to arrange a separate invoice for the applicable tariff charges before your order is dispatched.
Alternatively, if you would prefer assistance before placing your order, please contact us at orders@kazzikovers.com.au, and we will be happy to assist or confirm the applicable charges.
We understand that these additional costs may be frustrating and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
A tracking number is included for all international orders.
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your parcel. Most orders typically weigh between 14 oz (400 grams) and 105 oz (3kg).
We ship internationally via Australia Post and trusted affiliated postal partners.
While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives safely, Kazzi Kovers is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed in transit once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we are always happy to assist in following up with the carrier where possible.
International Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges
For orders shipped outside Australia, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the purchaser's responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check and pay any applicable import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs charges required by their country, including but not limited to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Europe, and other international destinations.
If an order is refused, abandoned, or returned due to non-payment of applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges, shipping costs and any associated fees are non-refundable, and additional return or handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
