At Kazzi Kovers, we're committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Your satisfaction is our top priority. By processing your payment and completing your order with Kazzi Kovers, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

Please review our Shipping and Returns Policy below to understand how we handle and deliver your purchases.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

  • Orders can be placed online.
  • Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Phone orders are also welcome. Please call +61 (0)7 3172 8445 for assistance.
  • All savings or discounts are calculated and applied in Australian Dollars (AUD) on each product page, where applicable.

SHIPPING | DELIVERY

  • There is a shipping cost. (However, the more you buy, the more you automatically save - no codes required.)
  • Shipping is based on the product weight, which is calculated at checkout.
  • Once we receive and clear full payment, your items will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Please note we do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays (Queensland public holidays are observed).

  • We use Australia Post and international affiliates to ship your order. We ship Australia-wide and internationally and deliver to residential, commercial, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and Parcel Collect addresses.
  • Please provide the correct shipping address for your order. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a re-delivery is needed, the buyer will be responsible for the additional cost, which is non-refundable by Kazzi Kovers.
  • To redirect your package to a different address, use the Australia Post App. You can change this only once. Once the package has been modified, you cannot change or redirect it to the original address.
  • Tracking your order. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package via the courier's website.
  • Kazzi Kovers will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed items during transit. We recommend lodging a report directly with Australia Post via their website here, or the Australia Post App.
  • BULK ORDERS. With large or bulk orders, one or more packages will be sent separately to accommodate your order. The packages will be clearly marked as; Eg. 1/2 and 2/2. This indicates that your order is sent in two or more packages.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Australian Metropolitan Areas. Please allow 1 - 4 business days for delivery.

Regional Areas within Australia. Please allow 3 - 8 business days for delivery.

Country and Rural Areas. For South Australia, Western Australia, and all other country and rural areas, please allow 5 - 11 business days for your order to be delivered.

Holiday Delivery Times. Please note that the above delivery times may vary depending on the time of year, including public holidays and festivals, particularly around Easter and Christmas, or during severe weather conditions. Please allow an additional 1-5 days during these busy times to receive your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS | USA Customers

  • To our customers in the United States of America (USA)

    We are pleased to let you know that we can still send orders to the USA. However, due to the recently imposed 60% tariff increase on imports from Australia, these tariffs are not collected at checkout.

    Once you have placed your order, a team member will personally reach out and issue a separate invoice for the applicable tariff charges. Alternatively, please contact us at orders@kazzikovers.com.au for assistance or to confirm your order details. We're here to help.

    We understand that these additional costs are disruptive and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

    We truly appreciate the ongoing support from our wonderful US community over the years, and hope to make this process as smooth as possible.

    ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • A tracking number is included with all international orders.
  • All shipping costs are calculated based on the parcel's weight.
  • Most parcels and purchases fall between 14 oz (400 grams) and 105 oz (3 kg) 
  • For all overseas orders, the shipping cost will be displayed at Checkout.
  • We use Australia Post and its affiliated postal services to send all international orders.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damaged goods or delays during transit. However, we are here to help and will follow up and assist in resolving the matter where possible. 

NOTE: For overseas purchases outside of Australia: All shipping, customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the Purchaser (customer). Any extra charges or shipping fees are not included in the order amount. 

It is the Purchasers' responsibility to verify and settle applicable duties, taxes and tariffs for New Zealand, the USA, Canada, Europe, and the Rest of the World.

Kazzi Kovers does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their orders.

INCORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERED

If you receive an incorrect item, please get in touch with us by email and include a photo for verification. We’ll organise the return of the incorrect item, and once returned and received, we'll send you the correct product at no additional cost.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it, with tags included.
  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a change of mind.
  • If you decide you have a "change your mind', or the product you ordered is the wrong size or colour, please return the item, and we will happily replace it. 
  • Extra shipping costs apply for "change of mind". You will be charged for delivery costs, including returning the product to us and sending the products you have requested or exchanged. This applies regardless of any free, discounted, or other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order.
  • No refunds or change of mind are applicable for 'Seconds' items.

REFUNDS

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once we have received your item, we will formally inspect it and notify you once we have received your returned item. We will also continue to update you via email or telephone regarding the status of your refunded item.
  • If your return is approved, we will refund the original method of payment, e.g., Credit card, for all items not deemed defective, excluding shipping costs.
  •  Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your refund, depending on your card issuer's refund policies and terms.
