Shipping and Returns | Kazzi Kovers

Your satisfaction is our top priority. By processing your payment and completing your order with Kazzi Kovers, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

  • Orders can be placed online.
  • Phone orders are also welcome. Please call +61 (0)7 3172 8445 for assistance.
  • All savings or discounts are applied in Australian Dollars (AUD) on each product page, where applicable.

SHIPPING | DELIVERY

  • There is a shipping cost. (However, the more you buy, the more you save.)
  • Shipping is based on the product weight, which is calculated at checkout.
  • Once we receive and clear full payment, your items will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays (QLD public holidays are observed).

  • We use Australia Post and international affiliates to ship your order. We ship Australia Wide and Internationally and deliver to residential, commercial, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and Parcel Collect addresses.
  • Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address for your order. If a re-delivery is needed, the buyer will be responsible for the additional cost, which is non-refundable by Kazzi Kovers. 
  • To redirect your package to a different address, use the Australia Post App. You can only change this once, and you cannot change or redirect the package to the original address once it has been modified.
  • All Australian and International orders include a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking number and a courier link to conveniently track the progress of your order online.
  • Kazzi Kovers will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed items during transit. We recommend lodging a report directly with Australia Post via their website here, or the Australia Post App.
  • BULK ORDERS. With large or bulk orders, one or more packages will be sent separately to accommodate your order. The packages will be clearly marked as; Eg. 1/2 and 2/2. This indicates that your order is sent in two or more packages.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Australian Metropolitan Areas. Please allow 1 - 4 business days for delivery.

Regional Areas within Australia. Please allow between 3 - 8 business days for delivery.

Country and Rural Areas. For South Australia, Western Australia, and all other country and rural areas, please allow 5 - 11 business days to receive your order. 

Holiday Delivery Times. Please note that the above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, including public holidays and festivals, particularly around the Easter and Christmas holidays or during severe weather conditions. Please allow an extra 1 - 5 days during these busy times to receive your order.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • A tracking number is included with all international orders.
  • All shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of a parcel.
  • Most parcels and purchases fall between 14 oz (400 grams) and 105 oz (3 kg) 
  • For all overseas orders, the shipping cost will be displayed at Checkout.
  • We use Australia Post and their affiliate Postal Services to send all international orders.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damaged goods or delays during transit. However, we are here to help and will follow up and assist in resolving the matter where possible. 

NOTE: For overseas purchases outside of Australia: All shipping, customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the Purchaser (customer). Any extra charges or shipping fees are not included in the order amount. 

It is the Purchasers' responsibility to verify and settle applicable duties, taxes and tariffs for New Zealand, the USA, Canada, Europe, and the Rest of the World. 

Kazzi Kovers does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their orders.  

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it, with tags included.
  • You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a change of mind.
  • If you change your mind, or the product you ordered is the wrong size or colour, please return the item, and we will happily replace it. Shipping costs apply.

REFUNDS

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you once we have received your returned item. We will also continue to update you via email or telephone regarding the status of your refunded item.
  • If your return is approved, we will refund the original method of payment, e.g., Credit card, for all items not deemed defective, excluding shipping costs.
  •  Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your refund, depending on your card issuer's refund policies and terms.
