Shipping and Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority. All orders placed online will be shipped within 24 hours (Monday to Friday.)
By processing your payment and completing your order with Kazzi Kovers, you accept the following Terms and Conditions regarding shipping and delivery of your order.
SHIPPING | DELIVERY
- Once we have received cleared full payment, your items will be shipped within 12 - 24 hours of placement. (Excludes weekends and public holidays.)
- All orders include a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking number to track the progress of your order online.
- We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes or Parcel Lockers. (If you do require a delivery to these places, please contact us to arrange.) Contact: email@example.com or call us direct on (07) 3172 8445.
- Once we have received cleared full payment, your items will be dispatched immediately.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit. However, we are here to help and will follow up and resolve the matter, where possible.
- Please make sure you provide the correct address for shipping/delivery for your order. If a re-delivery is needed, it will be paid for by the buyer and is not refundable by Kazzi Kovers.
- Please add an extra 1 - 3 days for delivery in regional and country areas.
AUSTRALIAN | INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please allow 1 - 4 days for delivery to Australian metropolitan areas.
For South Australia, Western Australia and all Australian regional areas, please allow between 3 - 8 business days to receive your order.

For overseas purchases outside of Australia: All shipping, customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the Purchaser (customer). These are not included in the cost of the order or the shipping fee.
It is the Purchasers' responsibility to verify and settle applicable duties, taxes and tariffs for New Zealand and Canada.
Kazzi Kovers does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
Please note that the above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year such as public holidays, festivals, and particularly around the Easter and Christmas holidays or during severe weather conditions. Please allow an extra 1-2 days during these busy times to receive your order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you received it, tags included.
- Returned within 14 days or receiving your order.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Shipping costs are non refundable for change of mind.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We will notify you once we have received your returned item and continue to update the status of your refunded item via email or telephone.
- If your return is approved, we will refund your method of payment, eg. credit card for all items not deemed defective, excluding your shipping costs.
- Please allow 2-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies and terms.
If for some reason you do not receive your purchase within 10 business days of placing your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and your order (or invoice) number. We will follow up on your enquiry immediately.
