Shipping and Returns | Kazzi Kovers

Your satisfaction is our top priority. By processing your payment and completing your order with Kazzi Kovers, you accept the following Terms and Conditions regarding shipping and delivery of your order. 


  • Orders can be placed online
  • Phone orders are also welcome. Please call +61 (0)7 3172 8445 for assistance. 
  • All savings or discounts are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) on each product page, where applicable. 



  • There is a shipping cost. (It is not a cost we can absorb, sorry.)
  • Shipping is based on the product weight and calculated at the checkout. 
  • Once we have received and cleared full payment, your items will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days. (Excludes weekends and public holidays.)
  • Please make sure you provide the correct address for shipping/delivery for your order. If a re-delivery is needed, the extra cost will be paid for by the buyer and is not refundable by Kazzi Kovers. 
  • All Australian and International orders include a free tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking number and a courier link to conveniently track the progress of your order online.
  • We use Australia Post to ship your order. We ship Australia Wide and Internationally, and deliver to all addresses including PO Boxes, parcel lockers, and parcel collect. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and damaged goods or delays during transit. However, we are here to help and will assist in resolving the matter where possible. 
  • Bulk Orders | With large or bulk orders, one or more packages will be sent separately to accommodate your order. The packages will be clearly marked as; Eg. 1/2 and 2/2. This indicates that your order is sent in two or more packages.

Please allow 1 - 4 business days for delivery to Australian Metropolitan Areas.

For Regional Areas within Australia, please allow between 3 - 8 business days for delivery.

For South Australia, Western Australia and all Australian country and rural areas, please allow between 5 - 10 business days to receive your order. 

If for some reason you do not receive your purchase within fourteen (14) business days of placing your order, please get in touch at (07) 3172 8445 or email us direct at with your full name and your order number or invoice number.

We will follow up on your enquiry immediately.

* Please note that the above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, including public holidays, festivals, and particularly around the Easter and Christmas holidays or during severe weather conditions. Please allow an extra 1 - 5 days during these busy times to receive your order. 



  • A tracking number is included with all international orders
  • All shipping costs are calculated on the weight of a parcel
  • Most parcels and purchases fall between 14 oz (400 grams) and 105 oz (3 kg) 
  • For all overseas orders, the shipping cost will be displayed at the Checkout
  • We use Australia Post and their affiliate Postal Services for sending all International Orders
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damaged goods or delays during transit. However, we are here to help and will follow up and assist in resolving the matter where possible.

NOTE: For overseas purchases outside of Australia: All shipping, customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the Purchaser (customer). Any extra charges or shipping fees are not included in the order amount. 

It is the Purchasers' responsibility to verify and settle applicable duties, taxes and tariffs for New Zealand, USA, Canada, Europe, and Rest of the World.

Kazzi Kovers does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order. 



To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you received it, tags included. 
  • You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind.
  • If you change of mind, or the product you ordered is the wrong size or colour, please return the item, and we will happily replace it. Shipping costs apply.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once we have received your item, we will inspect and notify you once we have received your returned item. We will also continue to update the status of your refunded item via email or telephone.
  • If your return is approved, we will refund your method of payment, Eg. Credit card, for all items not deemed defective, excluding your shipping costs.
  • Please allow 1 - 3 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies and terms for refunds tor receive your refund.
