Returns and Shipping
We offer a full Return, Refund or Store Credit within 14 days of time of delivery on full-priced or faulty items only. Sale items are excluded.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you received it, tags included.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You are responsible for shipping costs incurred to return your item for change of mind.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We will notify you that we have received your returned item and continue to update the status of your refunded item.
- If your return is approved, we will refund your method of payment, eg. credit card for all items not deemed defective, excluding your shipping costs.
- Please allow 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies and terms.
Shipping / Delivery
Items are dispatched within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays), after payment has cleared.
Delivery is not available on weekend, public holidays or after business hours.
Our products are shipped throughout Australia, New Zealand and Canada*
Please allow 1-3 days for delivery to major metropolitan areas. For South Australia, Western Australia and all regional areas please allow between 4-7 business days for your order to arrive.
For New Zealand, please allow 2-5 business days to receive your items.
For Canada, please allow 3-10 business days to receive your items.
All orders placed after 4pm EST on Friday or on a weekend will be posted the next business day.
All orders and consignments are tracked for your convenience.
We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Note that the above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year such as public holidays, particularly around the Easter and Christmas holidays - Please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery.
If for some reason you do not receive your purchase within 10 business days of placing your order please email us at email@example.com with your full name and your order (or invoice) number. We will follow up on your enquiry immediately.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. However, we will follow up to ensure processes are compliant and endeavour to resolve the matter, where possible.
* For overseas purchases outside of Australia: Shipping rates exclude local duties, taxes and tariffs. It is the Purchasers' responsibility to verify and settle applicable duties, taxes and tariffs for New Zealand and Canada.
The Kazzi Kovers team completes a quality inspection on all our goods before dispatch. Where a product is found to be faulty, please return the faulty goods to Kazzi Kovers and we will provide a replacement along with the necessary care, service and support.
